I, the undersigned, need a character certificate. I hereby depose and assure that I have not been involved in any unlawful activities and have not indulged into any acts of moral turpitude/unethical or unprofessional conduct. I also assure you that I will use the character certificate only for the mentioned reason and will not use this for deceiving or defrauding anyone. I have been made aware that my character certificate will be ready in around two weeks' time and I will have to come and collect it from the college. Kindly issue me the same.

About Character Certificate

A character certificate is issued on demand to current students as well as alumnus. The certificate is useful for verification by third parties/agencies. The character certificate is issued only to the students have neither indulged in the acts of moral turpitude nor the acts of unethical/unprofessional/unlawful conduct. It is usually needed for verification by governments, mainly for recruitment purposes.

Charges: INR 100/-

Application Process:

  1. Fill in the details on the application form below and download the PDF.
  2. Take two printouts. (One for receiving the acknowledgement after submitting the application).
  3. Sign the Application Form.
  4. Visit the college on a working day. (Between 9 AM to 1 PM OR 2 PM to 3 PM)
  5. Take the signature of the Principal/Vice-Principal or the Office In-Charge.
  6. Pay the charges/fee in cash at the fee counter.
  7. Submit the application at the respective office counter. After a few days, collect your document from the college.
